1. Payments
Payments must be paid directly into our bank account, (banking details below). Please ensure that the name and dates of stay is clearly marked when emailing your proof of payment.
All accommodation must be paid in full prior to arrival. In order to guarantee the said reservation payment must either be paid by credit card or by mean of an EFT. If payments on Eft bookings are not received within 12 hours from the date booking, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without any further communication.
Payment for reservations that are made on the day of arrival are not guaranteed unless the payment is cleared into our bank account, if these payments are affected in any other way then the reservation will be cancelled without any further communication.

2. Guest Identification & Confirmation:
Guests must provide proof of identification such as a valid ID, driver's license, or passport, as well as booking confirmation either in hardcopy or digital format. Without proof of identification and confirmation, the resort may deny you occupation. The resort reserves the right to allocate a different unit of the same size, to that indicated on the confirmation letter.
3. Cancellation Policy:
➢ If cancelling 29 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total
➢ If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total
➢ If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total
➢ If cancelling 90 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total
➢ Three-night promotion R6500 | SA Citizen bookings are non-refundable nor exchangeable. Refundable bookings will incur a 10 percent handling and bank charges fee.
4. Unit Size:
Please note that the size of the unit will only accommodate the said number of people and no more. (E.g. A 6 Sleeper unit will only accommodate a maximum of 6 people) This includes children, if a child is over the age of 2 years, they do require their own bed as per resort policy.
5. Noise:
Please keep noise levels to a minimum and respectful of other guests at the resort. All noise levels to stop from 22H00 – 06H00. If you or your guests have been instructed to quieten down or to stop being a nuisance to other guests, you may be asked to leave the resort and will not be entitled to a refund for your booking.
6. Sundries:
Please note that check-in time is strictly from 15H00. You are required to pay a R3000.00 Key / Breakage deposit on arrival. This is refundable should there be no damages to the unit. Guests will personally be liable for any breakages or damages to the building and contents of the unit whilst you and, or your guests are in occupation. Check-out time is strictly at 10H00. Any check-outs after 10H00 will be charged at R500.00 per hour or part thereof. All sundry bills must be settled directly with the resort prior to departure.
7. No Smoking:
Smoking cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, vaping or hubble bubble in Villas or any buildings on the resort premises is strictly not permitted by law. Should Management, at their discretion, find that you and or your party has violated this policy, you will be liable to pay a fine, face criminal charged and be liable for damages.
8. Indemnity:
Only a person over 18 years may sign the Guest Registration Card at check-in. The indemnifier must remain in occupation for the duration of the stay. If the indemnifier vacates the unit, the remaining occupants may be asked to vacate the resort.
9. Acceptance:
Once payment is received, it is agreed that the terms and conditions have been accepted.
10. Pet Policy
Pets are strictly NOT allowed.
11. Liability:
We accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, death, loss, damage, or expense suffered by you, your guests, or anyone else taking occupation with you, arising from any act of God, theft, strike, fire or the acts or omissions of any other person, including but not limited to the local or national government, limitations, restrictions and requirements for visas, permits, licenses and certificates on border controls and immigration (if applicable), military, police and security services intervention, international and local travel, movement of goods and persons, occupation of accommodation and the use and enjoyment of facilities, amenities and public and private venues, while under the jurisdiction of such local or national government.
